Expo Cannabis Argentina is the country’s major cannabis fair and one of the best attended in Latin America: its first edition, in 2019, drew 56,000 visitors according to La Nación. It brings together industry, cultivation, health and culture, with an unusual feature: families are part of its intended audience too. The 2027 edition has not yet been announced. In the meantime, here is what is useful to know.

When is Expo Cannabis 2027?

As of 1 November 2026, the organisers have not announced a date or venue for 2027. The seventh edition has just taken place, from 23 to 25 October 2026, at La Rural in Palermo.

The fair usually takes place in October or November, but the venue is not fixed: the 2025 edition was held at Centro Costa Salguero, and it returned to La Rural in 2026. That is why we cannot confirm a venue for 2027. Once the announcement is made, we will add it to the calendar.

  • Veterinary consultations with more than 30 specialist vets.
  • Cultivation: seeds and cuttings for sale, workshops and panels with growers.
  • Science: the National Cannabis Scientific Poster Competition, with six categories.
  • Fungi: a display of living fungi that the organisers describe as the largest exhibition of its kind in South America.
  • Experiences: meditation, aroma tasting, cannabis cooking and virtual reality.
  • Families: an interactive vegetable garden for children.
  • Business: a private B2B event organised with the Cannabis and Hemp Industry Chamber (CAINCCA), including business matchmaking sessions.

Drinking water is free at the hydration point, and hot water for mate is also available free of charge.
