How we read studies and personal accounts ↗Identity
It is THCP acetate. In 2025, delta-9 THCP-O and, separately, THCP butanoate were identified.
Terms associated with this entry: THCPO, THCP acetate, acetato de THCP.
A real identification, a limited conclusion
The study analysed seven oil products and one herbal product using complementary chemical techniques. Its findings establish that the identified acetate was present in the investigated samples. It did not measure improvement in illness, subjective intensity or effect duration in people.
What chemical similarity allows us to ask
Other cannabinoid acetates have generated ketene in experiments. That finding justifies investigating THCP-O risks, but is not a direct measurement of its emissions. Preserving this distinction prevents a reasoned concern from being presented as an already established substance-specific result.
What has been studied
No human trials demonstrating therapeutic benefits of THCP-O were located.
Risks and gaps
Substance-specific clinical data are lacking; a binding-affinity figure obtained for THCP cannot simply be transferred to this acetate.

Experiences
We have not included a verifiable individual account in this review. We do not fill that gap with commercial stories or invented experiences.
Conclusion
The most useful conclusion is modest: THCP-O can be chemically identified, while its clinical promises remain unproven in the consulted sources.
Legal context
Read the Spain note and official sources. Absence from a cited list does not establish that a product is lawful.
